This is a functional fitness class for the older adult who has not been active but is ready to start an exercise program. Functional exercises are designed to aid you in all the movements of life, making the tasks of daily living easier and perhaps with new strength and endurance, open up some new activities to you!

Six Weeks to WELLNESS Jumpstart
Included in this is guided workouts for one or two participants, nutritional guidance and monitoring, and a pre and post assessment. This program is designed for the beginner to a gym, to help guide them through their first dozen workouts so that they feel competent and comfortable to continue in the gym on their own, following our daily workouts. This will also start them on the path to healthy eating and give them the knowledge they need to make healthy food choices.
Six Weeks to FITNESS Jumpstart
This is a six week program of either 2 or 3 workouts a week, guided by one of our staff. This is done individually or in pairs and our staff will take you through the warm up, the workout and the stretching. A perfect jumpstart to your fitness regime!
